Double the Sales in Half the Time

How many of us looking at “ 𝟮 𝗫 / 𝟮 = 𝟮” an equation that is mathematically and logically incorrect, could still dare to believe it, be correct?

Well, it is quite possible to prove this Right, and if you believe in TWeG’s core value "𝗧𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱“—the very purpose of TWeG's existence!

And that’s exactly what we set out to do during early 2023, when one of the prestigious clients, had set us a challenge ( ‘an opportunity’ ) To double the Sales growth! and within a timeline that is appreciable!!!

This could have quite been possible had we had:

• An established and large customer base
• A warehouse with a wide product range
• A proven set of Applications, that is self-selling
• A supply chain as seamless as it could be
• And, of course, a Sales team, that could sell ice to Eskimos!

‍

Well, we were not privileged with such an ecosystem, when we started off . . .

And all that we did have, though, was the grit to make it happen!

Fast forward 18 months, and we now have :

✅ A robust "Go-to-Market" strategy

✅ A chosen array of product assortments for One-stop solution

✅ Entering Niche segments, that have been a nightmare for other suppliers

✅ An assertive and Competitive sales team

‍

Not forgetting our amazing channel partners and customers who put in their trust and gave us a chance to try and excel, further.

And that’s how we have equated the wild equation “ 𝟮𝗫 / 𝟮 = 𝟮 ” , “𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲” and the graph says it all - the actual journey we’ve travelled !!!
