Qualifications:
- MCom/MBA - Finance/CA-Inter preferred
- 10-15 years experience in any engineering industry
Role Overview:
- Assist the Finance Manager, ensure compliance with finance and accounting standards, manage Order Desk and administrative tasks
Order Desk Responsibilities:
- Handle Order to Cash (OTC), tax implications, vendor onboarding, customer queries, e-invoice & e-way bill generation
- Coordinate logistics, maintain sales & purchase documentation, manage day-to-day dispatches
- Act as backup for Manager-Sales Support, organize EMD, BG issuance, and collection for government orders
Finance Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for financial tasks related to India business, support in month-end and year-end financial reports
- Review payroll, bank reconciliations, monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax returns
- Liaise with external auditors and accountants, maintain an organized filing system
- Assist Country General Manager (India) with finance and accounting requirements
